Yeshiva University Museum

In conjunction with its foundation in 1973, the Museum commissioned ten scale models of historic synagogues reflecting the geographic breadth of the Jewish world across the centuries, from the ancient Mediterranean to modern America and Europe. Join us for an in-depth tour of the models, plans, photographs, related objects and selected correspondence that document the conception and process of the commission.
